1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms apply to all users of the 777ta platform, including visitors, registered players, and any individuals accessing the platform through any device, browser, or connection. Access to and use of 777ta constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

1.2 777ta may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available at 777ta.net/terms-conditions. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

1.3 These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of your agreement with 777ta.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1 Minimum Age. The 777ta platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine law and applicable PAGCOR regulations. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to and use of 777ta is lawful in your jurisdiction. 777ta does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

2.3 Age Verification Process. 777ta reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in suspension of account access and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

2.4 Underage Gambling. If 777ta determines or has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits made may be returned at 777ta's sole discretion after deducting any applicable processing fees.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual player may register and maintain only one (1) active 777ta account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Accurate Information. When registering for a 777ta account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. 777ta is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided during registration.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777ta account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 777ta support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 777ta will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to safeguard your login credentials.

3.4 Non-Transferability. Your 777ta account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. Playing on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to play using your account, is strictly prohibited.

3.5 Account Verification (KYC). As part of our compliance obligations, 777ta requires all players to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable KYC documents include, but are not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 777ta accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, Metrobank bank transfer, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. All PHP transactions are processed in Philippine Peso.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction in the 777ta cashier. 777ta reserves the right to update minimum deposit amounts at any time with or without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are typically processed within the following timeframes:

• GCash and Maya: Approximately five (5) minutes for verified accounts under normal operating conditions.
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank bank transfer: One (1) to three (3) business days, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• USDT TRC20: Typically within one (1) to two (2) hours, subject to blockchain network conditions.

4.4 Withdrawal to Own Account Only. All withdrawals must be processed to a payment account that is registered in your own legal name and matches the name on your 777ta account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

4.5 Incomplete KYC. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to the completion of KYC verification will be held pending until verification is satisfactorily completed. 777ta is not liable for any delays to withdrawal processing caused by incomplete or failed KYC verification.

4.6 Suspected Fraudulent Transactions. 777ta reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that it suspects, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, connected to money laundering, or otherwise in breach of applicable law or these Terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Promotion-Specific Terms. Each bonus or promotional offer available on the 777ta platform is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds credited to your 777ta account must be wagered a specified number of times before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period or the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. 777ta reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus, free spin, cashback, or promotional credit where it determines, in its sole discretion, that the player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay, or using automated tools to fulfil wagering requirements.

5.4 One Promotion at a Time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's terms, players may only participate in one active promotion at a time. Attempting to combine promotions in a manner not explicitly permitted by 777ta may result in the forfeiture of one or both bonuses.

5.5 Availability. 777ta reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions may be targeted at specific player segments and are not universally available unless stated otherwise.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

6.1 Game Rules. Each game offered on the 777ta platform is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rules explicitly state otherwise.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during gameplay, 777ta reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's account balance. No claims for winnings arising from a demonstrably malfunctioning game will be honoured.

6.3 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on 777ta. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting market and may be updated by 777ta at any time. 777ta further reserves the right to apply individual player betting limits at its sole discretion.

6.4 Obvious Errors. 777ta reserves the right to correct obvious pricing or odds errors and void any bets placed at clearly erroneous prices. A price or odds is considered obviously erroneous where it materially deviates from the fair market price or odds at the time the bet was placed.

6.5 Sportsbook Specific Rules. For bets placed on the 777ta sportsbook — including PBA, NBA, Premier League, UFC, and other markets — specific sport and event rules apply. These rules govern settlement, abandoned events, and in-play betting restrictions. Players are responsible for reading the applicable sport rules before placing bets.

7. Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777ta platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Attempting to circumvent the platform's security, age verification, or KYC systems;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform or fulfil wagering requirements;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the platform to process proceeds of criminal activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an advantage not intended by the game design;
• Creating or operating multiple accounts in violation of the single-account policy;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward 777ta staff or other players.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content available on the 777ta platform — including but not limited to the 777ta brand name, logo, game content, software, text, graphics, interface design, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 777ta or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777ta platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial use of any platform content.

8.3 Any unauthorised use of 777ta's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 777ta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of profits, or loss of enjoyment.

9.2 777ta's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 777ta account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 777ta makes no warranty that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted or error-free basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect platform availability from time to time.

9.4 Gambling Losses. 777ta expressly disclaims any liability for gambling losses incurred on the platform. All gaming and betting activity is undertaken at your own risk. Gambling involves financial risk, and you should never wager more than you can afford to lose.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

10.1 Termination by Player. You may close your 777ta account at any time by contacting 777ta support via live chat. Upon closure, any outstanding bonus balances will be forfeited. Cash balances will be returned to you subject to successful KYC verification and compliance with withdrawal procedures.

10.2 Suspension by 777ta. 777ta reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, or any other conduct deemed harmful to the platform or its players.

10.3 Balance on Closure. Where 777ta terminates an account due to a proven breach of these Terms, 777ta reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account. Where termination is not due to player fault, any remaining cash balance will be returned in accordance with withdrawal procedures.

11. Responsible Gaming

11.1 777ta is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its platform. We provide tools that allow players to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods (temporary self-exclusion), and permanent self-exclusion.

11.2 Players who wish to self-exclude from the 777ta platform may do so by contacting 777ta support via live chat or accessing self-exclusion tools through their account settings. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once activated, cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

13. Amendments to Terms

13.1 777ta reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the 777ta platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13.2 If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease use of the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.1 above.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the 777ta platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

14.2 In the event of a dispute between you and 777ta, you agree to first contact 777ta support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. 777ta will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
